Oculoplastic, Orbital and Lacrimal Surgery - Diseases of the eyelids, eye socket and tear drainage system

Dr Davies completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney and undertook his internship and residency training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. After completing a Masters Degree in Ophthalmic Science he completed his specialist ophthalmology training at Sydney Eye Hospital.

Following completion of his ophthalmology training he undertook two further years of sub-specialty training in oculoplastic, orbital and lacrimal surgery at The Royal Brisbane Hospital / Lady Cilento Children's Hospital and The University of British Columbia Eye Care Centre in Vancouver, Canada.

Dr Davies is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmology. He has published widely in the medical literature and has presented at numerous national and international ophthalmology conferences. He has an ongoing interest in rural and remote ophthalmology, having worked in remote indigenous communities in the Northern Territory as well as in rural South Africa and Myanmar.

Dr Davies practices exclusively at Specialist Eye Centre in the management of adult and paediatric eyelid, eye socket and tear duct disorders.
